Warm and welcoming, the art-deco setting of our restaurant evokes the atmosphere of the bouillons of yesteryear: mirrors mingle with wood panelling to reflect the space; brass light fittings cast a soft glow over retro posters and vintage objects; blue velvet banquettes and seats comfort large appetites.

Savour the gourmet cuisine of the Mont Bouillon restaurant

Better than the seasons, our menu follows the climate and relies on local producers (La Maison Baud, the Val d'Arly cooperative, etc...) to satisfy your taste buds and all your desires.

Simple and generous, our cuisine is made up of classic dishes and grandmother's recipes such as egg mayo, leek vinaigrette, beef bourguignon and mashed sausage. Not forgetting childhood desserts such as rice pudding, brioche perdue or baba au rhum, at prices everyone can afford.

The Head Chef

As a chef, Philippe Bednarek has a passion for cooking written into his DNA. His father was a chef in the Paris fire brigade, so he has always been immersed in the aromas and flavours of gastronomy.

However, his career path initially led him to study business and management. He then set up his own security company in the Paris region, and for nearly 15 years provided protection for important figures, working both for the government and for institutions such as the Georges Pompidou European Hospital. This experience forged in him a rigorous approach to his work and an unrivalled sense of quality.
